Second print — sleeve, USA-2 cover code
How to identify it
The cover code ends USA-2 — in full, C/RVL-RSPE-USA-2. Redump records it as the second of the two cover IDs for this disc.
Nothing else is documented as separating it from the first print, which is exactly why it is listed: without it, "a Wii Sports sleeve" reads like a first print, and a reader has nothing to compare against.
Two honest gaps. Redump records the two cover codes against one disc entry without saying which packaging each belongs to, so that USA-2 is a sleeve rather than a keep case rests on the owner's report. And the disc serial RVL-RSPE-USA-2 exists in Redump's list, so on this print the disc may carry a matching -2 where the first print's disc carries no suffix — worth checking, and not yet checked.

Notes
Recorded so the first print can be told apart from it. A first print is only identifiable by contrast, and on this title the contrast is a single digit.
If the disc inside a USA-2 sleeve reads RVL-RSPE-USA-2 while the first print's reads plain RVL-RSPE-USA, that is a stronger pairing than either code alone, and a photograph of both discs would establish it.
